Your web browser, allows you to manage the cookies that web sites use.
Most browsers will allow you differing levels of control over cookies. All of them should allow you to delete cookies, and block some or all cookies, depending on your preferences.
Mozilla’s Firefox has a new option to let web sites know that you do not want to be tracked as you browse, the “Do not track” option, can be set to tell websites not to track you.
Internet Explorer, allows you to create a “Tracking Protection” list, which can be used to let certain sites know not to track you.
Google has developed a browser add-on to allow users to opt-out of Google Analytics across all websites.
